About the Chief Growth Officer: Rebecca York, CEO
Rebecca York’s professional experience includes finance, sales, marketing, business development and operations. She has a unique perspective on how the parts of your business need to work together to create and sustain growth. Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in sales and relationship management and has worked as an executive coach with sales professionals. Rebecca is also a full time member of the faculty of the University of Central Florida in the College of Business. Rebecca has a Law Degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and an MBA from Columbia University.
About the Chief Growth Officer: Ric Cieslak, COO
Ric Cieslak has held positions of Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. His work experience includes financial planning and budgeting, cash flow management, asset management, financial reporting/analysis, organizational development, contract negotiation, and Human Resources management. He has had an accomplished management career and brings to Clients over 30 years of measurable achievements in corporate accounting and finance with concentration in the Agriculture, Construction, and Manufacturing arena. He has partnered finance with key business operations to achieve sustainable cost reductions, process redesign, revenue growth, and profit improvement. He utilizes his combined strategic planning and technical financial qualifications with strong business management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills to achieve corporate goals.
About the Chief Growth Officer: Mark DiGesare
Mark DiGesare has held positions of Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer and General Manager during his 20 year professional career. After Graduating from The University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance he began working in heavy duty equipment financing before becoming a Commercial Banker in Central Florida for 11 years. After heavy exposure to a wide range of industries he put the theoretical applications to work consulting to small and mid-size companies in Central Florida. Mark has significant operational, financial and sales management experience and has thrived in Maximizing organizational effectiveness, executive leadership and driving bottom line growth. Mark has a great deal of experience in the Construction, Manufacturing, IT Services and business services Industries.
About the Chief Growth Officer: Melody Montgomery
Melody has worked in sales, marketing and business development primarily in professional services, healthcare, financial and technology industries. Melody brings over 20 years of melding data driven approaches to building effective practice building campaigns. Her focus is developing an understanding of an organizations challenges that come with growth, and finding the right resource to help accelerate their continued success.
Melody completed her MBA, with honors, at Rollins College in 2011. Her undergraduate work was completed at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where she graduated with honors with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Her career has taken her to South Florida, San Francisco, Northern New Jersey, and now Central Florida. Melody taught marketing in the MBA program at Rollins College, as well as Marketing, and Consumer Behavior both at the undergraduate and graduate level for on-campus classes at University of Phoenix.
About the Chief Growth Officer: Stephen Kaplan
Stephen obtained a corporate role very soon after graduating from Emory Law School and immediately absorbed himself in a full range of business operations, through management of HR, IRM, Procurement, Pricing, and Product Creation.
He has 17 years of experience across several verticals and is a self-described “change addict” who blends the analytical skills of corporate counsel with the operational experience to create business vision and execute quickly against that vision.
About the Chief Growth Officer: Robert Staats
Robert (Bob) Staats is a financial executive with 40 years of experience at both large and small/high-growth companies, focusing on supporting development and efficient management of financial organizations as well as profitable company growth, often in hectic/challenging environments. Recently Chief Financial Officer of a $250 million telecommunications equipment distributor, Bob is experienced in a broad range of financial disciplines and related management. His unique mix of experience contributes to his track record of successful fact-finding, key-issue identification, implementation of business and financial solutions, and related development and training of financial staff. Bob has held positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller, along with public company, public accounting, and acquisitions due diligence and transition experience. Robert graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Washington, and is a licensed CPA in Florida and Washington state.
About the Chief Growth Officer: Susan Robertson
Susan is a seasoned veteran in strategy and innovation. Her mission is to sharpen creative thinking, to produce real results. Some of the world’s largest corporations have called on Susan to consult on growth initiatives, strategy, and culture.
The NASA John F. Kennedy Space Center hosted Susan as a keynote speaker at the annual Innovation Expo, and Susan speaks frequently about business innovation across the U.S. and around the globe. She teaches a popular course in creative thinking and organizational success at Harvard University, and is a senior faculty member at the annual Creative Problem Solving Institute, the world’s largest and longest-running creative thinking conference.
